Star Trek fans will already know that April 5th, 2063 is the date of First Contact between Vulcans and the human race! No better way to celebrate this special day than to join us at 7:00 PM for a viewing of  Star Trek: First Contact (1996)(PG-13) in the library, popcorn provided.
Additionally, we have a star trek craft session at 6:15 PM in the library — all materials provided, suitable for older kids and adults, and a couple of project options to choose from. Feel free to come in uniform :)

One of the crafts will be a Spock Monkey, with limited supplies. Please register below if you wish to make a Spock Monkey, registration not required for other crafts or the film. Other crafts include Button Making and a Painted Vulcan Salute.

Event sponsored by Grimshaw Community Services (FCSS), and popcorn courtesy of Peace River AUPE Area Council.
