Rumour Mill

Rumour Mill is the British Columbia-based Canadian duo of Aline Deanna and Anna Katarina. The two draw inspiration from artists like Stevie Nicks, Brandi Carlile, and First Aid Kit, to create wonderfully rich songs from a multitude of instruments accompanied by their iconic harmonies.

Rumour Mill has seen massive successes, with their music being licensed by no less than 13 television networks including Discovery, Oprah, TLC, MTV, A&E, and E!TV, charting in the top 100 in US College Radio, getting a nomination for Group of the Year at the 2019 Kootenay Music Awards, and being featured in the Top 100 in CBC Searchlight. They also received a full scholarship to the 2020 International Folk Alliance Conference in New Orleans, LA.

With their melancholic melodies, and lyrics exploring timeless themes, Rumour Mill promises to captivate listeners and leave them wanting more.
