Renewing Items
Lost item replacement charges can be avoided by renewing items by their due date or returning items. You can renew books in person, by phone at (780) 332-4553, or online by logging in to your account at TRACpac.
Most items may be renewed twice, unless other patrons have holds on the item.
Placing Holds
Can't find what you're looking for on the shelves? You can place a hold in person, by phone, or online by logging in to your account at TRACpac.
Please, suspend your holds if you will be away for an extended period of time or cancel holds that are no longer desired. You can do so in person, by phone, or online by logging in to your account at TRACpac.
Lost or Stolen Card
For your protection, contact the library immediately to report a lost or stolen card so we can stop others from using it. You are responsible for anything borrowed until it is reported.
